We are seeking a skilled Forman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead larborers and manage projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise projects from start to finish - Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans - Allocate general and daily responsibilities - Ensure manpower and resources are adequate - Supervise workers, subcontractors, and work crews - Implement safety measures on-site - Ensure all legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and local ordinances are adhered to Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, with a willingness to learn & lead - Strong knowledge of various construction trades such as masonry, roofing, etc.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools - Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Ability to fabricate materials as needed - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Good time management abilities Job Type:
